Our threaded flat-face coupling series offers perfect interchangeability with the Stucchi VEP portfolio, facilitating seamless upgrades and replacements. Built with a screw-locking mechanism for secure connection, the body is crafted from carbon steel and treated with either Zn-Fe (Cr III) or Zn-Ni for superior corrosion resistance. Thread options include BSP, NPT and SAE to support global applications. Standard sealing is NBR/PU, with FKM and EPDM available for elevated chemical or temperature requirements. Operating temperature spans –25 °C to +100 °C, while the rated working pressure is 300-450 bar. Critically, this series allows connect/disconnect under pressure, up to a maximum of 300 bar. Engineered for high-performance hydraulic systems, this coupling range is ideal for OEMs and distributors seeking reliable, globally compatible industrial fittings.
